Unplugged And Acapella

A perfect symphony of melodious overtures with the backdrop of a setting sun. If you are the sort that finds nothing more soothing than the strumming of a good ol ' acoustic guitar, here is the chance to flaunt the grandeur of pure music.

Rules:

One person can participate in one acoustic band and an acapella band but not 2 acoustic bands or 2 acapella bands.
Participants must possess a valid college ID and need not be from the same college.
Online Registration is mandatory for this event. Register by mailing to musicals@incident.in. Spot registration may open depending on number of registered teams.
Only western languages allowed.
All teams are expected to be present before the start of the event, when the order of performances will be scheduled on a lot basis. If the teams (or a representative from them) fail to show up, the organizers will not take responsibility for teams missing their designated slots.
There is no restriction on the number of songs and teams can perform as many songs as they can fit into the time slot.
Teams exceeding the time limit will be penalized.
Each band must confirm registration latest by 24th Feb must mention if they are taking part in acapella or acoustic and the bands will be notified by 25th Feb.

Unplugged

Minimum of 3 and maximum of 8 members in a team.
Each band will get 12+3 minutes time on stage inclusive of set up.
Drumkit and a 5-octave keyboard will be provided.
Electric Guitars if used must be played clean. Keyboards can be used only in piano mode.
Covers and originals are allowed.

Acapella

Minimum of 4 and maximum of 10 members in a team.
Each team will get 12 minutes on stage.
Only 1 accompanying instrument can be used.
Covers and originals are allowed.
